Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Microbes Interaction in Rice Mycorrhizosphere

چکیده
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the most widely consumed staple crop for approximately half of world’s population. Many interactions take place in paddy soil, particularly rice mycorrhizosphere region. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and soil microbe are among important influential processes that occur, as they significantly influence plant growth structure properties. Their may be crucial importance to sustainable, low-input productivity ecosystems. In this study, we summarize major groups microbial communities interacting with arbuscular mycorrhizosphere, discuss mechanisms involved these interactions. We further highlight potential application mutualism fields, which will helpful production bioinoculants future.

Transcriptome diversity among rice root types during asymbiosis and interaction with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
Root systems consist of different root types (RTs) with distinct developmental and functional characteristics. RTs may be individually reprogrammed in response to their microenvironment to maximize adaptive plasticity. Molecular understanding of such specific remodeling--although crucial for crop improvement--is limited. Here, RT-specific transcriptomes of adult rice crown, large and fine later...
متن کاملBiodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in agroecosystems
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi [AMF] are soil fungi which form a mutualistic symbiosis with the roots of plants. A variety of benefits to the host have been ascribed to mycorrhizae, most often enhanced uptake of immobile nutrients from the soil, notably P. An understanding of the impacts of agronomic practices upon communities of these fungi would help to ensure an opportunity for the utilization...
متن کاملMeiotic genes in the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are important symbionts of land plants, which are known for their tremendous positive effects on terrestrial ecosystems, their peculiar cellular features, and their very old evolutionary history. To date, no sexual stage or apparatus have ever been observed in these organisms; a remarkable absence for a eukaryotic lineage. For this reason, AMF have long be...
متن کاملArbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Alien Plant Species
The invasion success of alien plant species depends, amongst other things, on their functional traits [4] and the susceptibility of ecosystems. There is now increasing interest in including biotic interactions particularly mutualistic associations [5], into frameworks assessing alien plant invasions, as they help bridge the invisibility and invasiveness features. The great majority of terrestri...
متن کاملCaspian Coastal Forests: Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Understory Vegetation
Moist and temperate Caspian forests are associated with a diversity of soil types and topography. Although, natural history and ecological attributes of the Caspian vegetation is well-documented, little is known about mycorrhizae of the Caspian (Hyrcanian) flora. Samples of herbaceous plant species were collected from 4 pre-determined altitudes (-13 upto about 1500m above sea level, appro...
